  1. Great video and very informative! I been taking ashwagandha and rhodiola recently because I heard it reduces cortisol, and just to see if I can get an advantage of it in the gym, as far as adding muscle. I also take DHEA as I've read it's also very effective at reducing cortisol. I'd like to see a video about DHEA, as there's always been mixed reviews about it. It converts to testosterone and estrogen in the body but research suggest it doesn't build muscle, but in older individuals and women, it seems to have some effect in muscle gain.

  2. China also uses ground up rhino tusks for erectile dysfunction. So just maybe not everything they do is super cool and useful.

  3. Ying and yang doesn't compete, they compliment eachother. The flow of life happens from the interaction of ying and yangly forces.
