are rotating back enough, you will feel the tension
in your shoulders. – Three, four, five. And relax. With four fingers on
the side of your ribs, and push in and bend backward, one, two, three, four. – [Man In Background] Make sure you stress to the tension point. – Two, three, four, five, hold it for five seconds,

Right fingers onto your left arm joint, and shake it up and down, one two, – [Man In Background] Shake your hand from the wrist as fast as you can. – The wrist, one, two, three, four, five. position, and push upward, one, and bend your knee

  7. YES, this targets the areas I also feel are the causes of Fibro. Shoulders, neck, SCM muscles, and I also believe out of joint neck vertebra as well as a stressful life or personality that "short circuited" your Vagus Nerve and/or your Parasympathetic and Autonomic Nervous System. Since then I have gone full carnivore eating mostly steak which has improved my general health even more. If you do this do not cheat on your diet… a single piece of bread can cause inflamation and set you back weeks. My heart goes out to anyone with fibromyalgia and I want people to know there is hope and you can take back your life by changing your diet.

  12. Hi Austin. Could the exercises be unsuitable for some fibro patients? I’ve had neck pain when I did it hours earlier. Soon after a developed a headache. Now I have a headache at the back of my head as well. Maybe some of us have neck issues which this is not suitable for? These are not like pains I have normally.
