[BFC bumper music] This is one of those movies where you’ve got to see part 1, in order to get part 2. If you go in, just in part 2, huh, you may as well go in like me. [cell phone rings] (Doug) Where are you guys? (Phil) I don’t know – we woke up in some city. (Doug) Is Teddy with you? They’ve been looking for him all morning. (Stu) I can’t believe this is happening again. Lauren’s little brother is lost. We’re not going back without Teddy. [monkey screeches] (Stu, high pitch) What is going on? (Blind Film Critic) So it’s been a couple of years, and it’s finally here. Bridesmaids for men. I mean, I thought the story was okay, I thought it was pretty predictable. I think it’s the same movie, just all over again. Just redone, a couple of years later, with some new jokes in it, ♫ [rock] Bradley Cooper, on the other hand, I thought was fantastic. I love when he’s onscreen. Ed Helms plays Stu, and a lot of people love this guy, and I gotta be honest, it doesn’t really work for me. I thought he pushed too hard – he wants to be funny, but for me it seems to take away from the human part of his character. ♫ [guitar rifts] Zach Galifianakis is fantastic as Alan. 25It really showed the depth that this guy can bring to a part, and believe me, this is not the last we’ve seen of him. He’s gonna be doin’ some dramatic roles and stuff in the future, for sure. (Alan) What is this, a P.F. Chang’s? [Kanye West – “Stronger”] ♪ Harder, better, faster, stronger ♪ The soundtrack of the movie is nice, you know, the music really does add to it. A couple of good Kanye tracks, and a bunch of other stuff as well. Dead Mouse, Danzig, great Curtis Mayfield cut… ♪[Curtis Mayfield – “Pusherman”] ♪ Ain’t I clean, bad machine ♪ Hangover 2 is one of these movies that really relies on the site gag. Trust me, I notice. The tattoo – (Phil) Holy – (Stu) Where are we? (Blind Film Critic) – a site gag. (Stu) Oh my god, Alan, your head. (Alan) Oh *your* head. Right? The monkey – a sighted joke on legs. [monkey screeching, Stu yelling] And the way I find out, later on they just go, (Alan) It’s a monkey! And the shock of the thing, and the scream, and all that kind of thing, it’s not going to be that funny anymore. Man, you sighted people get all the breaks, dontcha? So for the Hangover Part 2, I’m giving it 2½ out of 4 eyes open. I want script, and character development. They left that all in the first movie. So subscribe to my channel, and don’t forget you can follow on facebook and twitter @BlindFilmCritic. I’m Tommy Edison, the Blind Film Critic. Does this place look different to you guys? (Alan) It’s a monkey! ♪ [BFC bumper music]

  1. Are you really blind? How can you get 100% of the movie then go to your computer and edit the movie for a review…

  2. lol dude i aggre the guy dose try to be funny admitly hes funny abit but he wouldent be missed alan phill an chow is da best an omg i was screaming at one point

  3. I think you'd enjoy Carnage, by Roman Polanski. It's got a great dialogue and really good cast! I really liked it 🙂

  4. Have you seen Django Unchained? Im thinking about how the movie is to be heard rather than seen. And there is a good mix of understanding without seeing it. I can only think of sight as a perk to show how it was in that time period and make it look horrifying. But maybe you will get the jist on just by hearing it.

I found it fascinating. Funny, yett downright horrible. I dont know about your opinion though.

  5. Hey Tommy, could you please make a review on One flew over the cacocoo's nest? one of my favourite movies, i wonder if you would enjoy the movie.

  6. I typed this without looking at the keyboard or the screen.. It's really not too hard. Also, the accessibility features read back what you type as you type it to make sure you get it right.

  7. I think you're right, I also tried and it worked pretty well. But after I posted my comment I saw a video where he explained that he also could write by telling is iPhone something and then it would type it for him.

  8. After having just clicked another of your videoes again and again now, I suddenly look around and see things very differently… You're a really cool person.

  9. Ed Helms does a lot of visual stuff like gestures, faces etc. So he may not be as appealing of a character to you.
